Red Hill Boat is, well … a boat.

Although surprisingly spacious, it has small doorways, low ceilings, steps up and down and narrow walkways, making it unsuitable for the very old, the very young, the very large or the very infirm.

By booking, visiting or staying on Red Hill Boat you acknowledge that this will be a unique experience unlike staying or living in a normal house. If you have queries regarding the suitability of Red Hill Boat for your particular needs, please contact us to discuss before booking.
Red Hill Boat provides for two people only – accommodation for additional persons is not supported or allowed.
Red Hill Boat is not suitable for children of any age, at any time.
Pets are strictly prohibited.  If you have a service animal, please contact us to discuss before booking.
There is no smoking in or on any part of the boat or pier.
Parties involving more than three or four visitors are expressly prohibited.
Red Hill Boat is situated in its own private area on a family working farm, with wandering dogs and livestock. The house, shedding and land beyond the boat area bounds is strictly private property.
Check-in from 3.00pm. Check-out time is 11.00am. If you have other requirements, please discuss beforehand with your hosts.
On declared Bushfire Code Red days, Red Hill Boat is unable to accommodate any guests. This is a government requirement. It means your booking will be rebooked or refunded, and if already a guest you will be required to evacuate. A bushfire response plan is printed and accessible on-board and your hosts will attempt to give maximum assistance to you in these circumstances.
